  1. Arrival
    Your visit begins here
  2. Registration
You’ll be asked some initial questions to check you in.
  3. Triage
We’ll have a conversation with you to understand your injury or need and assess its severity.
  4. Waiting
We know it’s difficult to wait when stress levels are high. We help patients who have the greatest need first, which means you may need to wait before you’re seen.
  5. Exam
You’ll see a provider to review your symptoms and needs and have a physical exam. They may recommend additional testing. These tests may take from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  6. Treatment or Procedure
After your exam, diagnostics or testing your provider will recommend a treatment course or may need additional tests.
  7. Waiting
There may be some additional wait time as we process the next steps.
  8. Admission
If further care is needed, we will transition you to admission to the hospital or transferred to a different facility.
  9. Discharge
We’ll help you on the road to recovery. Your provider will give additional care and advice, including local pharmacy information or walk you through next steps if you need to specialty follow up care.
